Refund policy

If you ended up on this page, something probably didn't work out. It happens, and we won't make a big deal of it.
Write to us and we'll sort it out together. We answer every message ourselves.

Your first size exchange is on us
Not sure about the size? Don't overthink it. Order, and if it doesn't fit we'll exchange it.
The first size exchange on every order is on us, including shipping both ways.
Email or WhatsApp us, we send a courier to pick up the item and ship the new size as soon as it reaches us.
Exchanges are valid within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as it hasn't been worn and the tag is still on.

Ask us before you buy
The best exchange is the one you never need, and that's what we're here for.
Before you order, email, WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram.
Tell us your height, build and how you like your shirt to fit, and we'll tell you exactly which size to take. We answer ourselves, no matter how many questions you have.
Good to know: our DREAMER tees run oversized, and most people take their usual size. Someone 178 cm tall wears L in DREAMER.

Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (distance selling).
To cancel, email support@segula.club or WhatsApp 050-4455534 with your full name and order number. We will arrange the pickup, you don't need to book a courier yourself.

How returns work
1. Email or WhatsApp us and tell us what happened.
2. We arrange a pickup from your address, or a convenient drop-off point, whichever suits you.
3. The item reaches us, we check that everything is in order, and we update you.

Costs
For your first size exchange, we cover all costs.
For returns caused by our mistake (a defective or wrong item), we cover all costs.
For cancellations for any other reason, the return shipping cost (30 ₪) will be deducted from the refund, and we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or 100 ₪, whichever is lower.

Item condition
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, with the original tag and packaging.
Tried it on and it didn't fit? Totally fine. That's exactly the point.

Refunds
Once the item reaches us and is found in good condition, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Sales and special offers
Items bought in an archive sale or clearance offer can be exchanged only, not refunded, unless they are defective.
