Delivery times
Your order arrives within 5 business days, packing and shipping included.
During drops and launches there may be a short delay, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details.
Didn't get it? Write to us and we'll check right away.

Self pickup
Free self pickup in Herzliya, where you can try items on and swap sizes on the spot.
Choose "Pickup" at checkout and arrange a time on WhatsApp 050-4455534.

Ordering from outside Israel
We currently ship within Israel only. Ordering from abroad? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to arrange it.

Wrong address
If you entered a wrong address, write to us as soon as possible.
If the package has already shipped, we may need to wait for it to come back before sending it again.

Exchanges and returns
Your first size exchange is on us, including shipping both ways.
